Job Description

Atlas is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting and hiring efforts. This role is a key partner to our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers, helping deliver a consistent, efficient, and positive experience for candidates across the full recruitment lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a service-oriented mindset. This position blends hands-on coordination with recruiting support responsibilities and offers exposure to end-to-end hiring processes within a growing, collaborative environment.

This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence in our Duluth, GA office.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct candidate phone screens and interviews, as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely, professional, and consistent communication.
  • Partner closely with recruiters to maintain accuracy, organization, and data integrity within recruiting systems.
  • Provide interview and hiring-related administrative support to hiring managers.
  • Create and manage job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ClearCompany) and assist with job postings across multiple platforms.
  • Initiate and track background checks and other pre-employment activities.
  • Maintain and update applicant records in the ATS to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
  • Assist with offer letter preparation and support pre-boarding and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring policies while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive candidate information.
  • Support recruiting initiatives such as career fairs, hiring events, and networking activities as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or an administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR-related software.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Indeed), ClearCompany, or social media recruiting platforms.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
  • Collaborative mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and contribute within Talent Acquisition.
