Graduate Engineer

We are seeking a Graduate Engineer to join our Houston, TX team! Kickstart your career with us!

As a Graduate Engineer, you will be an integral part of our design and engineering team, supporting active projects across various phases—from concept development to construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development within a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist Professional Engineers (P.E.s) and EITs with the development of engineering plans, specifications, and reports
  • Perform basic design calculations and prepare design documents under supervision
  • Draft and edit plans using AutoCAD and/or Microstation
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and assist with cost estimation
  • Support permitting processes and preparation of record drawings
  • Participate in site visits and field investigations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project workflows and deliverables
  • Stay current with applicable design standards and agency requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (ABET Accredited)
  • Strong interest in infrastructure and transportation projects (or specify based on team focus)
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Microstation is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional engineering environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
